Countdown Timer

A countdown timer whose duration is set by dragging, swiping, scrolling, or using arrow keys on a sliding minute ruler; it chimes and updates the tab title when time is up. Ported to React from the Svelte original ('Timer', part of Sina UI) by ebnsina, MIT licensed.
