Postage Stamp Preloader

Postage stamp preloader: a perforated SVG stamp prints itself as the page loads. Ornament draws in, a dog-rose blooms in the medallion and two Michelangelo hands reach to touch at 100%. Then a postmark cancels it and the stamp peels off to reveal your page. Tilts toward the pointer, takes real progress, loops, and respects reduced motion.
